Malkhas Amoyan – two-time European Champion

Malkhas Amoyan became a two-time European Champion in Greco-Roman wrestling. In the final of the weight category of up to 77 kg, the World and European Champion defeated the World Champion, European Vice-Champion Viktor Nemeš (Serbia) with a score of 6:4.

In the quarter-finals Amoyan defeated Oliver Marco Krueger from Denmark, and in the semi-finals - the Turkish athlete Yunus Başar with the score of 6:1.

Malkhas Amoyan won his latest European Champion title in 2022 in Budapest.
