Miami Open: Jannik Sinner advances to semifinals

Jannik Sinner (Italy) has reached the semifinals of the Miami Open.

In the quarterfinals of this tennis tournament, the world No. 11 faced Emil Ruusuvuori (Finland) and won in two sets—6:3, 6:1. The match lasted 1 hour and 14 minutes.

In the semifinals, Sinner’s opponent will be the winner of the quarterfinal clash between Carlos Alcaraz (Spain) and Taylor Fritz (USA).

The prize fund of the Miami Open is $8.8 million.
