The reason for this decision was the fact that the Brazilian striker Real Madrid Vinicius Júnior was not included in the symbolic team of the year, writes Marca.
The title of the best player of the year also claims the French striker Real Karim Benzema, the title of best goalkeeper - Belgian player Real Thibaut Courtois, the title of best coach - Real coach Carlo Ancelotti.
The awards ceremony will take place on February 27 in Paris.
