Inter Milan hosted Atalanta in the quarterfinals of the Coppa Italia, won 1-0, and reached the semifinals of this football competition.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan, the former captain and midfielder of the Armenian national team, was in the starting team of Inter and played the entire match.
