Karen Khachanov thanks fans who came with flags to support him

Russian Karen Khachanov commented on his defeat to Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece (6-7 (2-7), 4-6, 7-6 (8-6), 3-6) in the semifinals of the Australian Open.

Khachanov said he's very happy and proud of the result. Second time in a row he got to the semifinals of a Grand Slam tournament. It was a very high level match. 

He thanked his Russian and Armenian fans, the fans who came with flags to support him. He felt very good support, the tournament press service quotes Khachanov as saying.
