World Cup 2022: Ronaldo will be substitute in match against Morocco

Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo, 37, will start his World Cup quarterfinal match against Morocco on the bench, according to Portuguese publication A Bola.

He will be replaced once again by 21-year-old forward Goncalo Ramos, who was in the starting lineup under Fernando Santos in the 1/8 finals and scored a hat-trick as Portugal won 6-1.

The match between Portugal and Morocco will take place on December 10 and will begin at 19:00 Yerevan time.
