Luka Modric: It was a difficult match

"It was a difficult match. The first half was especially hard. We had our chances at the end of the first half and it's a pity we didn't take advantage of them. If we had scored, the opponents would have had to open up. We were better, but we should have scored," Sportske Novosti quotes Modric as saying.
On November 27, Croatia's second opponent will be Canada. Group F also includes 2018. Belgium, World Cup bronze medalist.
