World Cup 2022: Final Danish national team bid announced

Danish head coach Kasper Hjulmand has announced the final roster for the World Cup in Qatar.

Goalkeepers: Kasper Schmeichel (Nice), Frederik Ronnow (Union), Oliver Christensen (Hertha);

Defenders: Simon Kjær (Milan), Joakim Mehle (Atalanta), Rasmus Nissen Christensen (Leeds), Jens Struger Larsen (Trabzonspor), Daniel Wass (Brøndby), Andreas Christensen (Barcelona), Joakim Andersen (Crystal Palace), Victor Nelsson (Galatasaray) , Alexander Bach (Benfica);

Midfielders: Matthias Jensen, Christian Nergaard (both Brentford), Pierre-Emil Heybjerg (Tottenham), Thomas Delaney, Kasper Dolberg (both Sevilla), Christian Eriksen (Manchester United), Robert Skov (Hoffenheim), Andreas Skov Olsen (Brugge);

Forwards: Andreas Ewald Cornelius (Copenhagen), Jonas Wind (Wolfsburg), Mikkel Damsgaard (Brentford), Martin Braithwaite (Espanyol), Yussuf Urari Poulsen (Leipzig), Jesper Lindström (Eintracht Frankfurt).

The Danish national team in the group stage of the 2022 World Cup will have matches with France, Tunisia and Australia.
