Champions League: Barca and Inter play draw, Bayern advance to playoffs; match results of the day

The fourth matches in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League have concluded.

In Group A, Liverpool defeated Glasgow Rangers 7-1 in Scotland and are second, with 9 points, in the current standings in this group. The leaders are Napoli, who had defeated Ajax 4-2 and secured a spot at the Round of 16, with 12 points.

In Group B, Porto beat Bayer Leverkusen 3-0 in Germany and moved up to second place, with 6 points, in this group. The current leaders are Club Brugge, which had played a goalless draw with Atletico Madrid

In Group C, Bayern Munich defeated Viktoria Plzen 4-2 and are first, with 12 points, in this group, and they have clinched a spot in the playoffs. In the second place are Inter Milan, who played a 3-3 draw with Barcelona in their away game.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan, the former midfielder and captain of the Armenian national team, was in the starting lineup of Inter and played the entire match. Inter have 7 points, and Barca are third, with 4 points.

In Group D, Tottenham Hotspur defeated Eintracht Frankfurt 3-2 and lead the current standings in this group, with 7 points. Sporting Lisbon lost to Marseille 0-2 at home. Marseille and Sporting have 6 points each, and Eintracht have 4 points.
