In the third round of the Europa League, English Manchester United beat Omonia Cyprus 3-2 (video).

English striker Marcus Rashford notched a double and French forward Anthony Martial scored once.

Spanish Real Sociedad beat Sheriff 2:0 in Moldova.

Group E leader Real Sociedad scored nine points. Manchester United are in second place with 6 points. Sheriff hava 3 points. Omonia are at the bottom of the standings.
