Ligue 1: Marseille win, climb to first place

Marseille were hosted by Angers and won 3-0 in the ninth round of the French Ligue 1.

As a result, Marseille rose to first place, with 23 points, in the current Ligue 1 standings, and are 1 point ahead of reigning champions PSG, which have played one game less.
