World Cup։ US and Canada teams become first semifinalists (VIDEO)

The U.S. and Canadian national teams became the first semifinalists of the Women's Basketball World Cup, which is being held in Australia.

In the quarterfinals the American team defeated the Serbian team 88:55, while Canada was superior to Puerto Rico - 79:60.

Other semifinal contests will be held between Belgium and Australia, China and France.

The championship will end on October, 1.
