Ashley Cole may join Real this winter

Chelsea defender Ashley Cole may join Real Madrid this winter.

The contract of 31-year-old player with Chelsea is expiring and the club does not rush to prolong it. Thus, the club hints the defender can hold talks with other clubs this summer.

However, Real has lost its two defenders due to injuries and will try to sign Cole in winter, The Mirror reports. The Madrid club is ready to offer six million pounds.

Cole has been playing for Chelsea since 2006, appearing in 189 matches and scoring 7 goals.
