World Championship U18։ Champion Mariam Mkrtchyan shows exceptional result

Armenian chess champion Mariam Mkrtchyan had an exceptional result at the under-18 world chess championship in Romania.

She earned her 11th consecutive victory and won first place with 11 points. Mkrtchyan became the first Armenian chess player in this age group to become a world champion.
