Arman Andreasyan reaches quarterfinals, Arman Avagyan loses

The Freestyle Wrestling World Championship started in Belgrade. Armenia's Arman Andreasyan made it to the quarterfinals.

Andreasyan, a 2022 European vice-champion, defeated his Italian rival 6-2 in 1/8 finals.

Another representative of Armenia Arman Avagyan (70 kg) suffered a 0-7 defeat by a Japanese player in 1/8 finals.
