ATP: Khachanov to climb to at least 19th place in new world rankings

Karen Khachanov (Russia) will climb to at least 19th place in the new Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) world rankings next week—and thanks to reaching the semifinals of the US Open.

Before this tournament, the 26-year-old Muscovite Armenian tennis player was ranked 31st.

In the semifinals of the US Open, Khachanov had lost to world No. 7 Casper Ruud (Norway).
