Champions League: Real, Man City, PSG win
00:53 7 September, 2022Clubs included in groups E, F, G, and H played their first matches in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.
In Group E, reigning Italian Serie A champions Milan played a 1-1 draw with RB Salzburg in Austria. In the other match of the group, Dinamo Zagreb (Croatia) defeated Chelsea (England) 1-0.
In Group F, Real Madrid (Spain), the current Champions League titleholders, won 3-0 against Celtic in Scotland. In the other group match, RB Leipzig (Germany) lost to Shakhtar Donetsk (Ukraine) 1-4 at home.
In Group G, reigning English Premier League champions Manchester City beat Sevilla 4-0 in Spain. In the other match of the group, Borussia Dortmund (Germany) beat Copenhagen (Denmark) 3-0 at home.
And in group H, reigning French Ligue 1 champions PSG beat Juventus (Italy) by a score of 2-1 in Paris. In the other match of the group, Benfica (Portugal) defeated Maccabi Haifa (Israel) 2-0 at home.
