Olympics: Armenian men's and women's teams win

In the fourth round of the World Chess Olympiad taking place in the Indian city of Chennai, the Armenian team defeated the Austrian team 3-1.

Hrant Melkumyan and Samvel Ter-Sahakyan won, while Gabriel Sargissian and Robert Hovhannisyan finished their games in a draw.

In the first three rounds, the Armenian team defeated Madagascar (4-0), Andorra (3-1) and Egypt (2.5-1.5).

The Armenian women's team defeated Ireland 4-0 in the fourth round.

In the first three rounds, the Armenian women's national team defeated Botswana (4-0) and Norway (4-0), and lost to Estonia (1.5-2.5).
