Lucien Favre replaces Christophe Galtier as head coach of Nice

Swiss specialist Lucien Favre replaced Frenchman Christophe Galtier as head coach of Nice.

Previously, Lucien Favre headed Nice from 2016 to 2018. His last club was Borussia Dortmund, which he led from 2018 to 2020.

Christophe Galtier is expected to lead PSG Paris.
