Roland-Garros: Carlos Alcaraz off to a winning start

World No. 6 Carlos Alcaraz got off to a winning start at the French Open tennis tournament.

In the first round, the 19-year-old defeated Argentina's Juan Ignacio Londero 6։4, 6։2, 6։0. The match lasted 1 hour and 52 minutes.

Alcaraz's opponent in the second round will be Albert Ramos-Vinolas.

The prize fund of Roland-Garros is 43.6 million euros.
