Superbet Rapid & Blitz: Levon Aronian takes fifth place in Rapid tournament

The Rapid & Blitz Superbet tournament continues in Warsaw.

Former leader of the Armenian team Levon Aronian (USA) gained 10 points out of 18 possible and was fifth in the Rapid chess tournament. Vishy Anand (India) won first place with 14 points.

A blitz chess tournament will begin tomorrow.

The prize fund for the Superbet Rapid & Blitz tournament is $175,000. The winner will receive $40,000.
