Garik Karapetyan: I dedicate my victory to Armenia and my people

I dedicate my victory to Armenia and my people, two-time winner of World Youth Championships in weightlifting Garik Karapetyan told NEWS.am Sport reporter.

Karapetyan won gold for the second year in a row with a total biathlon of 370 kg (170 + 200) in the weight category under 96 kg.

"I'm very happy for this victory. It was expected. Everyone expected me to repeat my success of last year. I dedicate my victory to Armenia, to all Armenian people," said the athlete.
