Luka Modric as the best player of week

Real Madrid's Croatian midfielder Luka Modric was named the best player of the week in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals, according to the official UEFA website.

In the match against Chelsea, Modric became author of the goal. The Whites lost 2-3 in extra time and advanced to the semifinals thanks to a 3-1 victory in the first game.
