Khachanov left out of Masters series tournament in Monte Carlo

Karen Khachanov lost in the first round of the Masters tournament in Monte Carlo.

Khachanov lost to Diego Schwartzman of Argentina 7-6 (7-5), 3-6, 3-6. The match lasted three hours and nine minutes.

His next opponent will be Hungary's Márton Fucsovics.

The tournament prize fund is 5.4 million euros.
