Armenia's Gabriel Sargsyan defeats Azerbaijani Gadimbayli and becomes leader

In the penultimate round of the European Individual Chess Championship taking place in Slovenia, Armenian Grandmaster Gabriel Sargsyan defeated Azerbaijani Abdullah Gadimbayli with white pieces and became the leader.

Sargsyan earned 8 points.
