Europa League: Contenders for best player of week are named

UEFA has published the contenders for the title of the best player of the week following the results of the return matches of the Europa League 1/8 finals.

The top four are Tomáš Souček (West Ham), Merih Demiral (Atalanta), Pedri (Barcelona) and Abel Ruiz (Braga).

The winner will be determined by a vote, which will be held on the official UEFA website.

The draw for the Europa League quarterfinals will take place today.
