Serie A: Napoli win, rise to first place

Napoli were hosted by Lazio in the 27th round of the Italian Serie A, and the guests won 2-1.

After 27 games, Napoli rose to first place, with 57 points, in the current Serie A standings. Milan, which dropped to second place, have the same number of points. Reigning champions Inter have 55 points, after 26 games, and are third. Lazio are seventh, with 43 points.
