Beijing 2022: Switzerland wins its 5th gold medal ahead of Russia

Swiss skier Corinne Suter won the title of champion of the 24th Winter Olympics in Beijing in the fast landing. The silver medals were won by Sofia Goggia and Nadia Delago from Italy.

Switzerland climbed up to 8th place in the medal standings with 5 gold and 5 bronze medals ahead of Russia with 4 gold, 6 silver and 8 bronze medals.
