Beijing 2022։ US team wins first gold medal

The U.S. team won its first gold at the 24th Winter Olympics in Beijing. Lindsey Jacobellis from USA won the gold medal in snowboard cross.

The first gold medal for Slovakia was won by skier Petra Vlhova. She was the Olympic champion in the slalom.
