World number two Daniil Medvedev reached the finals of the Australian Open Tennis Championships. Medvedev beat Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece 7-6 (7-5), 4-6, 6-4, 6-1. The game lasted two hours and 30 minutes.

In the finals, Medvedev will face former world number one and 20-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal of Spain, who defeated Italy's Matteo Berrettini by scores of 6։3, 6։2, 3։6, 6։3.
