Africa Cup of Nations: Cameroon are in quarterfinals

Host nation Cameroon played against the Comoros in the Round of 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations, won 2-1, and advanced to the next round.

Cameroon's opponents in the quarterfinals will be Gambia, which earlier defeated Guinea 1-0 in their Round of 16 clash.

The previous day, Burkina Faso and Tunisia had become the first pairing in the quarterfinals of this football tournament.
