Novak Djokovic held a closed training session in Melbourne, Australia, ESPN reports.

Before the training, the video cameras were turned off, and the entrances leading to the court were closed off.

But Australian Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Multicultural Affairs, Alex Hawke, still has the right to deport the winner of 20 Grand Slams and world No.1 from the country.

Although the Australian court has ruled in favor of Djokovic's appeal against his visa cancelation, Australian law still gives the government the right to deport persona non grata.

The Australian Open will kick off on January 17.

Novak Djokovic won the title of this Grand Slam tournament for the ninth time last year.
