Premier League: Everton vs. Newcastle match postponed due to Covid outbreak

The match between Everton and Newcastle United in the 20th round of the English Premier League has been called because of injuries and COVID-19 cases within the guests’ squad, according to the Newcastle website.

The game was slated for Thursday in Liverpool.

But due to having a large number of coronavirus cases and injured players, Newcastle petitioned to the Premier League management with a request to postpone this match, and it received a positive answer.
