Armenian international footballer scores in Ukrainian club’s 11th consecutive win

Ukraine’s FC Shakhtar Donetsk played an away game at FC Metalist Kharkiv in the eleventh week of the country’s first division football league. At the end, Shakhtar defeated Metalist by a score of 2-0 and recorded its eleventh consecutive victory this season.

 Armenian national football team and Shakhtar midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan opened the score in the 25th minute.   FC Shakhtar has tallied 33 points after this win, and it is 9 points ahead of its two closest rivals.
