Roma were hosted by Cagliari and won 2-1 in the tenth round of the Italian Serie A.

The captain and midfielder of the Armenian national team, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, was in the starting lineup of the guests, but he was subbed off at half-time.

Roma are fourth, with 19 points, in the current Serie A standings, and they are two points behind third-place and reigning champions Inter Milan, who beat Empoli 2-0 in their away match.
