2020 Referee of the Year to officiate at Romania vs. Armenia clash

Italian referees will officiate at the Romania vs. Armenia match in the eighth round of the group stage of the European qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup to be held in Qatar, UEFA reported.

Daniele Orsato, 45, who has been named the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) Referee of the Year for 2020, will be the main ref of this clash.

Monday’s Romania vs. Armenia game in the Romanian capital Bucharest will kick off at 10:45pm Armenia time.
