EFL Cup: Chelsea, Tottenham reach Round of 16

Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have advanced to the Round of 16 of the EFL (English Football League) Cup.

In the third round, Chelsea played a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa in regular time, and they won 4-3 on penalties.

Tottenham played a 2-2 draw with Wolverhampton in regular time of their third-round clash, and they won 3-2—also on penalties.
