Serie A: Inter win, climb to first place

Reigning champion Inter were hosted by Fiorentina, and they won 3-1 in the fifth round of the Italian Serie A.

Inter now top the current Serie A standings, with 13 points, and are 1 point ahead of the second place Napoli which, however, have played one less match. Fiorentina are sixth, with 9 points.

Separately, Atalanta faced Sassuolo at home and won 2-1. Atalanta are fourth, with 10 points, and Sassuolo are thirteenth, with 4 points, in the current Serie A standings.
