In the 67th minute, Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored a goal after having come out to the field as a replacement seven minutes before that.
The 39-year-old footballer played for the first time since the knee injury he received four months ago.
Milan climbed to first place with 9 points, exceeding Napoli with as many points. Lazio are in 6th place with 6 points.
