Tottenham Hotspur were hosted by Wolverhampton and won 1-0 in the second round of the new season in the English Premier League.

Tottenham have equaled leaders Liverpool and Brentford in the current Premier League standings, with 6 points apiece.

Manchester United were hosted by Southampton and played a 1-1 draw.
