Armenia's first participant of Summer Olympics leaves for Tokyo

Today Elmira Karapetyan, Armenia’s only representative at the shooting tournament to be held as part of the 32^nd Summer Olympic Games, left for Tokyo via the Yerevan-Moscow-Tokyo flight.

The Olympic athlete is escorted by manager of the Armenia national shooting team Seyran Nikoghosyan.

Elmira Karapetyan will arrive in Tokyo on July 17.

Shooter Elmira Karapetyan scored a pass to Tokyo 2020 after winning 5^th place at the European Championship.

She will perform at Tokyo 2020 on July 25, between 5am and 11:30am Armenia time.
