Euro 2020 becomes most productive in history

Euro 2020 set record in goals scored in the European Championships, according to the UEFA press service.

All teams scored 118 goals together. The previous record was set at Euro 2016 when the teams scored 109 goals.

Euro 2020 also set a record for the average number of goals per match. On average, 2.81 goals are scored per game at Euro 2020.
