Euro 2020: Netherlands book their spot at playoffs
00:51 18 June, 2021The Netherlands hosted Austria in Amsterdam in the second round of the group stage at the 16th European Football Championship (Euro 2020), which was postponed for a year due to the coronavirus pandemic, and they won 2-0.
The Netherlands top the current Group C standings, with 6 points, and have booked their spot in the Round of 16. Ukraine and Austria are next, with 3 points each, whereas North Macedonia are at the bottom of the current standings, without a point.
In their third round, on June 21, the Netherlands will face North Macedonia, and Austria will lock horns with Ukraine.
