Ronaldo named top bomber of all times of European championships

Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo has been named the top bomber of the final tournaments of the UEFA Euro 2020 with 11 goals after scoring two goals against Hungary in the first round of the group stage of UEFA Euro 2020.

Ronaldo exceeded French footballer Michel Platini, who had scored 9 goals. The Portuguese won the Hungarian team 3-0.

Ronaldo, 36, is the only footballer in history to play during the final tournament of the UEFA Euro 2020 for the fifth time and to score goals five times in a row during those tournaments. He is the top bomber of the Portugal national team with 106 goals.
