Netherlands Ambassador to Armenia visits Specialized Children and Youth Cycling School
15:11 4 June, 2021On June 3, World Bicycle Day, Ambassador of the Netherlands to Armenia Nico Schermers, together with Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia Karen Giloyan visited the Specialized Children and Youth Cycling School of the Olympic Reserve, the press service of the Embassy of the Netherlands reports.
The school is focused on involving kids and youth in active sport, training them as professional cyclists, and in general to get them used to a healthy lifestyle. Armenian cyclist Edgar Stepanyan, who is a champion of the European Youth Cycling Championship, also attended the meeting.
