Chelsea win Champions League title

Chelsea have won the Champions League for the second time in history.

In the final, the club defeated Man. City 1-0.

The winning goal for Chelsea in the 42nd minute was scored by German midfielder Kai Havertz.

Last time Chelsea won the Champions League in 2011/2012.
