Benzema to return to France national squad?

Reigning World Cup titleholders France’s manager Didier Deschamps is considering returning Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema to the national team.

The French football specialist wants to strengthen his squad’s offensive line ahead of Euro 2020, L'Equipe reported.

Benzema, 33, was recently named French international footballer of the year.

Karim Benzema was kicked out of the national team in 2015 for blackmailing teammate Mathieu Valbuena.
