Neymar is accused of organizing armed attack in Brazil
14:24 15 May, 2021Assistant to a Brazilian MP and LGBT activist Agripino Magalhaes has filed a lawsuit with the court of Sao Paulo, Brazil, against Brazilian striker Neymar of PSG, LO-Bianco reported.
Magalhaes accuses the 29-year-old star of the Brazilian national football team of organizing an armed attack against him.
Agripino Magalhaes believes Neymar could have taken such a step because of Magalhaes’ homophobic reports about the footballer.
According to Magalhaes, the attacker's lawyer threatened to kill him.
He is seeking 1 million Brazilian reals (about US$156,000) in compensation for moral damage.
Agripino Magalhaes claims that he is unable to continue working as usual due to the threat to his life.
