Conor McGregor sells his whiskey brand for $ 600 million

Former UFC welterweight champion Conor McGregor has sold a controlling stake in the Proper No Twelve whiskey brand. The deal was worth $ 600 million, according to the Independent.

The buyer is Proximo Spirits, which owned 49% of the brand.

Proceeds from the sale will be shared between the Irish fighter, his manager, and partner. Despite the deal, McGregor continues to advertise whiskey.

The 32-year-old Irishman is currently preparing for his third fight with American lightweight Dustin Poirier, which will be held on July 10 in Las Vegas.
