New European champion Artur Davtyan returns home with Armenian squad

The Armenian gymnastics team returned home from the European Championship last night with the new European champion Artur Davtyan.

Due to the coronavirus, there was no reception at Zvartnots Airport, but Artur Davtyan was greeted with applause and laurels worthy of a champion.

Davtyan will be the only representative of Armenia in gymnastics at the Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
